Choose better, feel better, be better
Choose better
We believe that individuals are confronted with huge numbers of choices in their lives. Some of these choices are directly about health, such as should I stop smoking? or should I do more exercise? Others are less obviously about health such as should I try to find a job or, is it the right time for me to try and improve my education?
We aim to work with local people and many local agencies to inform people about the choices they have and to allow them to make these choices.
Feel better
We believe that people who are making choices for themselves start to feel more in control of their lives. This encourages them to feel better
Be Better
We hope that local people will make choices for themselves which will increase the chance of them having happier and healthier lives for themselves and their families.
