Telephone Consultations

Telephone consultations can be arranged in a similar manner to appointments with members of the practice team.

Please do not ask for a telephone consultation to discuss a new problem, which may require physical examination or which may require a visit.

Please leave a number where you feel comfortable discussing your problem. The clinician will ring you back at a convenient time. If your telephone blocks "caller number withheld" calls we will not be able to phone you.

It is extremely important to notify the practice of any change of address or telephone number!
