• Requests for help and advice for non-urgent matters should be made during surgery hours only
• The clinicians respect your time and endeavour not to keep you waiting too long however, emergencies arise and may have to be given priority. We hope that you will understand if you are inconvenienced.
• We ask that patients treat all members of the practice team with courtesy and respect.
• We operate a zero tolerance policy on violence and aggression. Anyone exhibiting such behaviour will be removed from the practice list immediately.
