All NHS staff are legally obliged to protect patient’s information. We insist on the strictest confidentiality with regard to all personal data, conversations and discussions about patients.

The information which you provide to us may be shared between members of the practice team as required but your information will not be divulged to anyone outside the practice without your permission.
