Repeat Prescriptions

Repeat prescriptions can be reordered using the right hand printed request slip. This slip can be handed in, posted, or faxed to reception. Prescriptions will normally be authorised for a period of between 3 and 6 months and issued on a monthly basis. Towards the end of that time a note requesting that you make an appointment to see the doctor will be printed on the sheet. Your repeat prescription will be available in 48 hours (not including weekends or bank holidays)

If you are requesting an item not on your repeat list please add a brief note explaining what you want, why you want it and who has prescribed it for you before. You may be asked to see a member of the clinical team.
